Methodology - How we estimate
The calculator estimates a Web3 project by adding the person-days each component takes (the core build, each feature, multi-chain work and UI/UX design), plus 15% for project management and QA. It prices the lean end of each range at $500 per day and the fuller end at $700, so the range shows both a tight and a comfortable budget.
- Effort ranges come from the projects we ship: tokens, NFT platforms, DeFi front ends, liquidity managers and Telegram Mini Apps such as SpyClub.
- Several chains, or a non-EVM toolchain such as Solana or TON, multiply build days by 1.15 to 1.4.
- Fast track adds a 20% premium and one more engineer, which shortens the timeline.
- Not included: gas and deployment fees, third-party services (RPC, indexers, hosting), token listings and marketing.
Benchmarks - Typical cost by project type
Each project type with its usual features, on one EVM chain and a standard timeline, with UI/UX design wherever there is a front end.

Web3 development cost FAQ
What drives the price of a smart contract, a dApp or a Telegram Mini App.
A simple token contract with tests and deployment costs about $3,000 to $4,500 with us, and adding staking or vesting brings it to $6,500 to $14,000. Custom DeFi contracts with an app on top start around $22,500. The calculator above itemizes your exact scope.
A dApp on existing contracts, with an indexer and UI/UX design, typically costs $12,000 to $30,500 and ships in 3-5 weeks with 2 engineers. Existing designs or fewer features bring the price down.
A Telegram Mini App with a backend, rewards and UI/UX design costs about $18,000 to $48,500 and takes 4-7 weeks. We built SpyClub, a real-time Telegram Mini App game that onboarded more than 100,000 players.
The low end prices the lean version of each component at $500 per day, the high end the fuller version at $700. Where your project lands depends on details a short call settles: edge cases, integrations, and how polished each screen needs to be.
Gas and deployment fees, third-party services such as RPC providers, indexers and hosting, token listings and marketing. Project management, QA and deployment are included, at 15% of the build.
Yes. The calculator gives a range; after a 30-minute call we send a fixed scope, timeline and price, so the number you sign is the number you pay.
